2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website, you represent that you are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Membership Terms

Basic Membership: Free of charge, includes access to member dashboard, newsletter, and event notifications.
Premium Membership: Annual fee of ₹1200 provides additional benefits including digital membership card, webinar access, priority consultations, and training programs.
Membership Renewal: Premium memberships must be renewed annually. Failure to renew will result in downgrade to Basic membership status.
Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time. Premium membership fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase.

4. Donation Terms

All donations made to SriMrityunjayan Seva Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless there is a technical error resulting in duplicate payment. Donations are used exclusively for charitable purposes as described on our website. Tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act is applicable for Indian donors. Receipts are issued within 7 business days.

5. Consultation Services

Ayurveda consultations are provided by qualified practitioners. The information provided during consultations is for educational and wellness purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your physician before making any changes to your healthcare regimen.

6. Online Courses & Content

Course materials, videos, PDFs, and quizzes are protected by copyright. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce course content without written permission. Course certificates are issued upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course offering; we reserve the right to update or remove courses with reasonable notice.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff members
