Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Cancellations

Ayurveda Consultation Booking:

• Cancel up to 6 hours before appointment: 90% refund or free rescheduling
• Cancel less than 6 hours before appointment: No refund, but can reschedule once (subject to availability)
• No-show (did not attend): No refund, no reschedule
• Emergency cancellations (medical emergency): Full refund with supporting documentation

How to cancel a consultation: Email inquiry@srisevatrust.in or call +91-7598241801 with your appointment ID.

2. Event Registration Cancellations

Paid Events & Workshops:

• Cancel 7+ days before event: 90% refund
• Cancel 3-6 days before event: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 72 hours before event: No refund
• Free events: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow waitlisted participants to join

3. Membership Cancellation

Premium Membership: You may cancel your premium membership at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to Basic membership status for the remainder of the paid period.

Automatic Renewal: Premium memberships auto-renew annually. To disable auto-renewal, go to your Member Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Auto-Renewal, or contact us at least 15 days before renewal date.

4. Course Enrollment Cancellation

Before Course Access: If you cancel your course enrollment before accessing any course materials, you will receive a 100% refund.
After Access: Once you have accessed course content, refer to our Refund Policy for partial refund eligibility.
Course Cancellation by Foundation: If we cancel a course for any reason, all enrolled students receive a 100% refund or alternative course enrollment.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel any service, you can:

1. Online: Log into your Member Dashboard and navigate to "My Bookings" or "My Events"
2. Email: Send cancellation request to inquiry@srisevatrust.in with your registration ID
3. Phone: Call our helpline +91-7598241801 (Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM IST)

Please include your full name, transaction/booking ID, and reason for cancellation.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, the foundation reserves the right to reschedule events or consultations. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.
